Return and Exchange Policy

At Normeil Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please review the following guidelines:

Returns:

 Eligibility: We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

 Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in its original condition, unworn, and free from any signs of damage or alteration.

 Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at service@normeil.com. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs $20 unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount.

Refund: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.


Exchanges:

Eligibility: We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be in its original condition, unworn, and free from any signs of damage or alteration.

Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at service@normeil.com. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange and the new item you'd like in exchange. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with an exchange authorization (EA) number.

Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs $20 unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or a defective product.


Please Note:

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged.

  • If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

  • Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
